What is the storyline??

Bumping because I'm interested in this too. Apparently there was only a trailer leaked of it and that was it.

it got re-edited over the years and became the lotusflow3r film, it has a lot of great footage of prince in panama, videos for all sorts of songs like the morning after and $, some live footage of the 3121 house parties and a few shows from early 2006, some more mystical prince stuff and briefly includes some stuff of prince in the studio, similar to the bonus features that came with the Rave dvd

A few fans have seen the re-edited "Lotusflow3r" version of the film because it was shown at the launch party Prince held for the album which some fans were able to attend. Quite a few of them posted about it here at the time.

Others have spoken about it too. In fact, we knew Prince had been filming in Panama with Liza Hernandez before we even knew there was a movie, back in late 2005.

The Lotus edit was scheduled to be released and this changed at literally the last minute. It was said to be a part of the lotusflow3r.com site as late as the day before launch, and posters went to print for the album speaking of a DVD and Blu-Ray release, and these posters had to be covered up in the stores.

anyway, it would have been a nice addition to that piss poor website.

there was supposed to be a release of the Montreux 2009 shows too, which got cancelled last minute. the video for guitar was from the film yeah.

The acoustic version of 'Love' was from this movie as well as the 'A Million Days' video. Sounds like it was going to be a bit like The Beautiful Experience movie.

IIRC In "Hunting For Prince's Vault" it is mentioned that there are two fully completed movies.

Well, there's "The Second Coming", there's "3121 - The Movie", there's "Lotusflow3r - The Movie" which is a re-edit of 3121, there's the Madhouse short film, there's the Apollonia 6 short film........................I guess it depends how you define the term "movie".
