I didnt like that Prince didnt even say the Weknd won, he just said "The Winner is..." and let the video show the Weeknd's name. Its as if Prince couldnt bear to announce a winner that wasn't him. It's mostly Orgers that are super-critical of anything he does. Show me where the rest of the world had anything negative to say. Here, critiquing is our national sport.
Many respected publications, for example The Guardian, praised his looks, especially his outfit and the sunglasses. The org is very critical of him.
Personally, I think he looks great for his age and at least 20 years younger, but the outfit looks a bit boring , just like that Vox guitar. It´s interesting that these days, when the whole world refers to him as Prince again, he no longer uses the trademark Prince guitars such as the Cloud or the Hohner, and his outfits don´t look like they used to, but hey, whatever floats his boat.

He´s been sporting this style for quite some time now....much longer than any other hairstyle he´s had before...even during the Emancipation and ONA eras he changed the look of his hair every now and then.
I don´t think it´s a wig because it doesn´t look like a wig at all, and it´s cool to see that he´s still got a full head of thick hair but I wonder why he´s been sporting that look for so long, and also why he´s switched to more normal looking guitars and outfits these days.
He´s been channeling Jimi for more than a decade now, even soundwise.

The Weeknd has made some great and catchy soul songs that have been big hits.
D'Angelo made an incomprehensible, mumbling, poorly mixed album that only had any hype because of the stupidly long time it took to make it, and everybody promptly forget about it after 3 months. I didn't see anyone mention it after January of this year, on this forum. And now D'Angelo is back hiding in his hole, while The Weeknd continues to pump out great songs.
Hell, I don't even like The Weeknd that much. But listen to that bass drop at 44seconds. That's fucking killer. D'Angelo took 14 years and couldn't write one thing with as much impact. I'm listening to it on my studio monitors and it slams.
