True. I guess it's a personal choice on Prince's part. I'm sure he's aware of the benefits of having his work available to people. He's chosen to make himself semi-inaccessible to the youth. So when a whole generation of people grow up to know Prince as nothing but a weirdo with presumed legendary status the samples are the only thing that'll introduce his music to new fans and a select few of those fans will study the music and look into the samples | |
