Yes. He attempted to keep Apollonia out of the club at the very beginning of the movie (Let's Go Crazy performance scene) until a fight distracted him away.

Well he transported Prince to the stage and from a lot lol on his back. He is partial inspiration for Old Friends 4 Sale & Hello maybe 1 or 2 others

The big Chick little Prince period just ads to the mythological foundation of Prince

and he was an 'alleged' accomplice in the shaming of Jesse Johnson on the 1981 tour

made bodyguards famous! also looked so bad ass @ the Purple Rain premier. He walked straight in @ the last minute,within seconds. Didn't look @ or talk to anybody. He was so cool & badass. No one has ever done that.
