Silly a video is a form of promotion.It will help the song get radio airplay and attention.You don't make a video months after a song is released!

but it's not getting radio airplay, at least with a video it's got a chance being on the pop video channels. normally radio airplay and video play happens before release but not with Prince

First U were complaining & tearing Prince a new one 4 not putting the song out. Now its out & U want him 2 magically have a video already! When he has been busy touring all over the world, rotating two BANDS.

Even if there wasn't enough performance footage they could splice it with the "dress up" footage of him and Zooey and other scenes he was included in. I was very anti a New Girl video but it would be better than nothing at this point. You'd think Zooey's people would want something, too.

Ah, I see! So you didn't care for the choreography...because a lot of the dancers (if not all) in BCW have had lots of training...I guess it depends on what you mean by professionals.

I said in both videos, but had only the screwdriver video in mind. That looked very rushed and unprofessional. The BCW video was very well produced.

Yeah, we can agree about "Screwdriver" seemed rushed, however, still somewhat a fun video. I don't think he (Prince) was trying to go anywhere with that one though. Thks!

Slow chart news day. Amazon is sub 300 again and no significant airplay increase (someone please correct me if I am wrong on airplay). Just sad that songs like "Selfie" and something from some Maroon 5 ripoff called Rixton is getting played the crap of and Prince is only getting a few sniffs. But it's reality, there is going to be resistence for a lot of reasons, the battle is what it will take to break through. This is my Debbie Downer message for today but know, as has been said many times before that it's early. Just worth noting that some of the songs that got added the same time as Fallinlove2nite are already Top 50 or higher and momentum does not seem to be there for Prince.

The battle rages on...

bloody hell KCool' stop wearing those purple tinted specs! The Rave was a total fuck up of a project, a hugley compromised album - Pince WANTED a huge hit as per Santana - the songs were awful, Clive Davis was jerked around..of course P spat his dummy out & never admitted it was his fault. P promoted the hell out of it across TV shows he would never have been seen on [Ant & Dec saturday morning kids TV FFS!!]....but the songs were shit etc. He still has not learned a damn thing...the video should be done & released before the song was avilable to buy..it really is THAT fuckin' simple.
