Well, reading it again, he was attacking the content of the post, not the person posting it. If i was a mod, i'd have probably let that go too. It wasn't a clever response sadly. Said 'shit' a few too many times. No variety.
Aren't people used to the internet yet? I must spend too much time on disqus and the like. I quite enjoy justified, caustic and clever put downs. Even the ones aimed at me. As long as they're good Who cares!? meh. |

If they are to have a 33' release that means the album edition running time won't be beyond 40 minutes. The ideal length for a 33 1/3 LP side is about 17 minutes anything more & the sound quality would go down. I'd expect to see a Vinyl version with 8-10 trax & maybe a cd/digital version with bonus trax. Bring it on P!

I got Jamie Lidells self titled album on vinyl and that was two records and runs under 50 minutes, two or 3 songs per side. I believe this is also how 3121 vinyl was released, I don't own it, in fact I'm not even sure if the vinyl is an official release. | |

So that could fit with returning to an older way of recording and aiming at the three minute pop song? How long is pretzel - I never bought it yet as thought (stupidly) the album was really close and that that had to be on it. Just need to be somewhere near a wrecka stowa on the day of release! It'll be exciting if it comes out of vinyl, since most of his album don't get pressed on vinyl these days. Lotusflow3r vinyl was pressed by the French label, I believe. |

Not necessarily - I have several 33 1/3 rpm 12" singles and a couple of 45 rpm albums. Mettalica have re-released most (maybe all) their albums on 45rpm 12" vinyl as special editions, as was the remaster of Nirvanas In Utero. | |

Always discuss the format, never the contents. The ability to lookat a vinyl disc and tell some basic characteristics is fading from general memory. If you're a half serious fan you should be looking at vinyl every now and then. So how can it be that people act so upset about basic stuff? Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill...
