Sure, they're fans. But they're not sued for being fans, they're sued for making something ilegal. They've infringed copyright. Maybe Prince's suit is excessive, but he's right in suing.

Was In A Large Room With No Light technically released. I know we all have the "official" version, but, was it released, or was it a temporary stream that was not "supposed" to be saved? IIRC, it's the latter...

Maybe Allan Smithee doesn't know the real title (only heard bootlegs), maybe he's trying to obscure it so Prince won't notice?
