Aw man, I thought Thom actually played a Prince song, not just DJ'd. I wonder what song would he play if he ever did cover Prince? I'd like to hear that. I think something from 1999 would suit that Atoms For Peace vibe, maybe Something In The Water (Does Not Compute). Whatever song he chose would he rewrite the lyrics ala Prince covering Creep? "So fierce U look 2night, the brightest star pales 2 Ur sex..."

What is news about that? He played a record with Prince on it?! No big deal, DJs do that all the time
If he was doing a cover i can understand but just playing a song?! [Edited 6/29/13 11:29am]

Sexy Motherfucker! :lips: Thom Yorke followers are getting exposure to a song they perhaps hadn't heard before, which is cool. Atoms for Peace is a cool outfit, and their live shows are grooving. "So fierce U look 2night, the brightest star pales 2 Ur sex..."

Missed that one track then! Even if i was trying not to fall asleep while sipping my passion fruit & vodka slushy, was there for an hour or so and the music he played was rather boring - the crazy agro band next door with bondage dancers and grinding violins woke me up though!!
The DJ could have been anyone - can't see the exitment of "a name" playing records by other people. To have a live set pick out a track like that would have been cool though....
