This 3rdEyeGirl stuff all came to us from Doc Funkenberry and the Doc ain't about to pimp unauthorized bootlegs. I don't think he'd ever do that to Prince.
Next, 3rdEyeGirl had rehearsal footage - the same rehearsal from which Hannah Ford published some footage. That's no accident.

C'mon. You guys don't actually think there's a chance That it's NOT P...do you? That's silly. I can still access the tracks. Anybody who's been a fan long enough knows that these tracks would have been pull down faster then a missed Dwight Howard free throw if they were truly unauthorized. OK so out of curiosity from this developing story I called the office of Rhonda Trotter and spoke with her receptionist. Rhonda is not in and out of town according to the receptionist. I asked if there was a current pending cease and desist case against 3rdEyeGirl in regards to the leaking of the 3 Prince songs and 1 video. I believe this is all a small chapter building a deeper plot in the drama of the 3rdeyegirl™ character.
She's the 'mysterious hero' and Prince and his team are the villians.
Art imitating life... (Similar marketing concept to NIN's Year Zero alternate reality game)
Like someone mentioned, Prince's team works pretty quickly to take this stuff off the web.
