I was browsing Youtube because I'm really bored And I was Looking for The Instrumental for God... And All of the sudden I found Backward Versions of Darling Nikki

I've always felt really freaked Out when It comes to Backward versions of songs, because you never Know What kind of scary things you can hear!

But I find Really Ironic that the song Forwards Talk about a loose Girl masturbating, But backwards It talks about How Fine he feels Because the Lord is coming It even Sounds Like a gospel song!!

I feel Really amazed by this, Do you know another weird Facts about his Backward songs? Do you know If there are another Hidden Messages In his songs?

The 'Darling Nikki' recording you are referring to is the portion at the end of what was Side 1 of the album - after the song itself ends. So there is no real irony in the reversed content itself.

Prince has quite a few songs with backward recordings. Others include "Baby I'm a Star" and "Girl".

oh yeah... I remember in 1984 that was covered on MTV and in some magazines.

I also had a tape recorder that would play and record in both FF and rewind. So recorded the part in RR and then played it back FF and was able to hear it.

and same with "Baby I'm a Star" but with that method I could not really make it out. (girl i had the 12 so i did it by hand)
