But, total speculation or known fact, which song do you think he wrote for someone else, did he write songs about/for Manuela? Bria? or any other girl before? or any other people (read other than girlfriends/wife).

I always heard that he wrote Pink Cashmere for Susannah Melvoin.

But he probably had a lot of chicks along the way who inspired him to write some of his better love songs.

I read on another thread that When Doves Cry was written for Susan Moonsie.

I think The Most Beautiful Girl in the World was inspired by his female fans. I think he was asked by a famous beauty pageant (Miss Universe maybe?) to come up with a song for them. The fans were asked to send in pix/ videos of themselves to Paisley Park (since I remember sending something in at the time). If you look at one of the covers of the single you can see some of the pix that were sent in.

I also heard a rumor that Little Red Corvette or Purple Rain might have been written for Vanity, but don't know how true that really is. I am "guessing" that Forever in My Life was written for Susannah, but that's just a guess.

Oh yeah, "P.F.U.N.K" was a go to hell song for a certain segment of his fans.
