Could Prince be Rh Neg? I've recently found out that folks with Rhesus Negative blood group are very rare & that this type of blood is known as Royal blood, or Blue blood! Apart from the obvious royal connection with his name, did he adopt that whole image of royalty early in his career cuz he is Rh Neg? Or was the Royal image only created by the media?  | |

It varies with race and geography but in the UK, roughly 17% of the population are Rh Neg- so one in every six people (including me). In the US, it's around 15%. Not exactly rare.
