omg! bloody good find intense, amazing shot! this makes me feel fizzy too & yes there must be more of these pics kicking about, at least there needs to be one with a front view there he is, all young & brimming with creativity, tres gorgeous.
i found this link, a blog from a stones fan. scroll down near bottom.. see a similar pic but with mick ( http://federicodecalifornia.wordpress.com/tag/rolling-stones/ it seems like stoner hells angels were the culprits

I just heard something recently for the first time, can anybody confirm this:
The heckling toward the end of Pop Life is an actual recording of the Rolling Stones crowd booing him on stage, and the cheering is when he finally left the stage??? For real???
To me that crowd noise sounds like a small crowd in a big room, not thousands of people in a huge open-air stadium. "Never let nasty stalkers disrespect you. They start shit, you finish it. Go down to their level, that's the only way they'll understand. You have to handle things yourself." | |

No, that crowd noise on Pop Life is actually from a stock audio LP and the Rolling Stones rumor is just that... a perpetuated piece of false Prince-lore. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
