just checked ticketmaster and still great seats available even after they collasped the 14th show in to the 15th....although i'm looking forward to seeing him on Wed and Fri i think at the very least the 15th show is
I don't understand why you guys WANT the NJ shows to fail...
A lot of people who originally picked the 14th either:
- already HAD tix for the 15th and didn't need another set
- chose Tuesday for a reason and couldn't go on Wed, so ended up having to get their money back or try for Jan.
** People who call themselves "real fans" forget that there are people who just LIKE Prince and aren't willing to rearrange their lives/schedules or drop that kind of money just to see him.
I repeat: THE IZOD DATES ARE ON WEEK NIGHTS, THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
annoyed with the NJ hate edit

if i'm hearing right, the nj nets are playing tonight at the izod center 12/14 man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 |

You are right the Nets play tonight 12/14, but at the Prudential Center. Prince is a musician not a lifestyle. |

my mom is a virgo. and she is a OCD perfectionist. the way he was talking about sound not being right....
when i saw the deftones with korn is was set up so bad you couldn't even tell what song they were playing. and i'd say 2 of the 10 times i seen then did they ever have jon's vocals loud enough...it was the 2 times since head left the band. i'm convinced he had his guitar set way too loud!!
pearl jam, audioslave, staind, phil collins and fleetwood mac had it perfect...
So, because Prince wants his music to sound good for a paying audience, he's OCD?
And are you really suggesting that if he were truly a Gemini, he wouldn't give a rusty?
no i meant the want for perfection like a virgo. idk about ocd... |

all rockstars should want it perfect. but most shows it all sounds like a marbled mess and barely ever are the vocals loud enough!!guitars are always way too loud as is that drum thing they step on. shakes the whole f'ing building! |

And yeah, what was that mention of an album???? New songs debuting during these shows??? Maybe a CD for sale... or handed out at the door (like Musicology)???
One can hope!

So...again...Virgos have a lock on the quest for perfection?
And you were the one who mentioned OCD. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |
