I accept with such a big back catalogue its hard to play most things but some songs never seem to get any attention from prince????

At the same time he does tour a lot and do aftershows so plenty of time and room to fit in some non-hits but still great songs...seems a shame to me to ignore such a great body of work

I understand he doesn't want to play Head anymore, but I've always loved the song and missed it for so long! Please just do an instrumental version Prince!

Prince will continue to ignore great Prince songs, so he can make sure he plays Everyday People, Come Together, I Want To Take You Higher, What Have You Done For Me Lately, and countless other cover tunes. He will also have a female singer or two to sing as much as possible. I'll Take You There is also probably right around the corner in the set list...

Computer Blue....A Damb Shame this song has been put to rest. He played it in Europe Ten or so years ago, and I heard him rehearsing it outside the venue in Las Vegas on Jan, 1, 1999, to promote the 1999: The New Mistake cd release. He also played Lenny's Are You Gonna Go My Way in warm up, but both did not make it to the concert, which you can get on bootleg. Not a bad show, but pretty much what I expected of him at the time.

Let's Go Crazy...he hasn't really played the REAL song much at all since 1985. On the brutal 1998 Tour, he actually did Ok with it in Atlanta, Tampa, and New Orleans, but the song was shortened. He usually just goes through the motions on this song, rendering it useless. Even on his nearly WONDERFUL Musicology tour, he had SAXAPHONES all over the track, and really did not sing much other than the first verse, and then the stupid "Go Go Go" Chants replacing any actual singing. The end guitar solo was great, but why RUIN such a great song. It would almost be like having Tony M come on to rap in Purple Rain...

Still Waiting, Dirty Mind, Annie Christian, Private Joy, Darling Nikki, Play In The Sunshine, Forever In My Life, Lovesexy, When 2 R In Love, Thieves In The Temple, Fury....just a few songs that are either NEVER played or hardly ever played. Damb Shame. A Man with SO MUCH in his cannon, and he wastes time with songs like SHOOP!!! Damb!!

U2 and Michael Jackson are my 2nd favorites, and neither ever had a lame show with song selection. U2 can be a little cookie cutter, but there is a reason that U2 and MJ never had trouble moving Cds and Concert Tickets. Not that I wanted Prince to be U2 or MJ. I think he is TONS more talented, but has nowhere near the business sense they had. There is a reason Prince is always late on payments, taxes, etc...no sense

Well, after picking on poor Princey here....

The SOTT, Lovesexy, ONA, and even Musicology Tour show what he is capable of. I always end up at the wrong show, where he wants to play remakes, etc...but the 2002 Celebration alone will always be proof that the man can kick anyone's ass when he wants to...

Sometimes being a Prince fan is like having Michael Jordan on a basketball team, and the coach puts some Purple Yoda on the court instead....bad joke, not even close to being funny...lol

here here!!!!!!!he can be so fustrating.......the medley or teaster section was such a wind up......the crowds reaction to when doves cry was ecstatic so what does he do .................npt play it............well i say that bother giving us a snipet.................the one night alone tour was one of his best as had obscure tracks and full versions ie strange relationship

I checked again and you're right about ICNTTPOFYM and Anotherloverholenyohead, but I couldn't find Starfish & Coffee? I should explain I wasn't really active here at the time of the Paris 2009 shows, and as far as I'm concerned, he hasn't done any of those songs on the 20TEN Tour. So that's why I sort of missed them.
