Simplicity??? "Forever in my life"?
This song is rather complex in its simplicity though.
Amazingly original way of letting the backing vocals come in before the lead vocal.
And the melody is so catching it surprises me every time with its ever evolving buildup.
The touch of gospel makes it clear that this can work both as an ordinary love song - and (as was actually the case) a song of worship for the god he believes in. | |

Co-sign. I don't like Let's Go Crazy as well, just like I didn't like Beat It by Michael Jackson.
