Is he at it again?

Most of the P related channels are completely gone and disabled....There were a lot of clips and sound bites starting to pop up.

When you click on whats left, you get this message....

"PRINCE DOES NOT WHAT HIS MUSIC ON YOUTUBE"

Some things work and some don't...........

If people stopped posting threads about the Prince Youtube content, the content might stay a bit longer than it does.

All i am saying is that it is probably not a good idea to shout about Prince Youtube content.

A recent thread praising a certain Youtube channel containing Prince has now been taken down.

I am not saying that it had anything to do with what was posted here, but it seems a bit of a coincidence, thread about Youtube channel, couple of days later, no channel.

but if people just took the videos down and put them on their desktop

then they wouldnt have to worry about going on youtube for his videos

Is it me, or has youtube lost some of its appeal? Maybe I've just out grown it.

Two years ago the numerous vids of the Coachella gig have been erased within 24 hours. Gladly I saved them quick, because they were gone so fast. But this time the vids for the first gigs of this minitour were on for days or weeks (Roskilde and Berlin for example). So I thought his youtube-policy had changed.

i can understand why he doesnt think its cool for youtube to make all the cash off the back of his work, but come on..

Prince didn't make no deal lol I know he watches that site. One of my favorite songs of his was on there for a minute, then next thing I know it's deleted. Please, he ain't in cahoots with YT lol

Though I must stressed, it was probably more WMG's doing. I don't think it's a Prince thing. Copyright's still a major issue.

How dumb can people be? there were loads of rare concert clips ..and some dope comes on here to announce to the world Prince is back on YT!

Is WMG like this with their other artists? Or are they just like this because of all the drama they've een through with P?

If I see a clip I like on YT I usually rip it before it gets taken down. That's the best way to go.

I dont believe any of this stuff. Prince has a new album coming out and U tube is flooded-call me a conspiracist but P is the biggest f'in player that God ever let live..... or am I just saying the Pope is Catholic...

He was looking like a nice clean NORMAL cut guy in 1996.

he was so adorable and cute and a major awwww moment.

but when around the time Rave was released

he looked like a mixed vampire with a really interesting perm

Yeah Prince is not exempt. If it's in their control, they'll block you from letting everyone see it or they'll just alert if they don't want it there. I'm sure labels sometimes monitor what they do. If it matches any content, they'll keep it, otherwise, they'll tell YouTube to block it at certain countries.
