Well you don't need a tabloid telling you. Let the music do the talking. Glad you dug it on your own merit. That's what I did upon first listen lol I dug it then, dig it now.

There is a lot to appreciate in this one, from his lower-register vocals in the verses, to the unexpected "just-so" guitar in the middle.

Definately a high point of the album.

Timeless, vintage Prince. He nailed it big time with this. I prefer this to SHOE, lyrically and vocal delivery is dead on. This tune puts the Ushers of this world in their place

This song should replace Shhhh at all future concerts.

It would be a perfect replacement.

It's cool to know that this is Prince and the Band's favorite track as well. Also interesting that this song was a demo he recorded "years ago." I wonder when...Emancipation era?

I was thinking the same thing..and when this comes along:
