on my first listen, with headphones, this one had me sitting there with that weird smile on my face that's a combination of joy and a sense of pride at prince still being able to pull it off like this. this is a great, healthy prince song.
reminds me slightly of an updated, more worked out version of "magnificent", which was my favo song from the whole musicology era. the synths sound so good.
and at pickle's "make a bitch wanna two step" and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

When I 1st listened to it I was like eh... But after a couple of listens its ok
Its growing on me musically... but it seems clumbsy lyrically which is not uncommon with Prince recordings over the last 2 decades now
Lets face it ya'll this is a song that only Prince fans will like and thats OK but.... He really does need another producer in the studio with him. Maybe even Jimmy and Terry Dance... Let me see you dance

Best song on the whole album, very summery. Will be bumping this album for the rest of the year until MJ's new album comes out in November.

You guys are talking about the song Beginning Endlessly--BEGINNING ENDLESSLY, RIGHT!
You sure we heard the same song?
It's ok. The synth is nice, the vocals are weak. The drum programming is better. Laydown is funkier, in my view.
It's ok, but no greatness. The chicken scratch is played out. All you others say Hell Yea!!

Constantly replaying this. Pure funk, a summer song that's gonna sound good when it's hot outside when you're driving your car with your windows down, blasting your stereo.

To me, the music sounds like something he would have done with the Revolution. I actually dig this one. I do nothing professionally. I only do things for fun. johnart: Acrylic's old bras is where tits of all sizes go to frolic after they die. Tit Heaven.

Execellent follow up to Compassion. The key boards/synths on this song are infectious. The flow of this song is done well! Quite a stand out song! Very funky...plus the guitar and vocals are SLAMMING!

Definitely diggin' this jam to dangerous levels. Interesting lyrics. Vaguely religious, vaguely spiritual, vaguely sexual, vaguely about love... pretty much just vague. But totally positive.
