Is that productive? This is a prince fan site. My comments, snarky as they may have been, are really no more or less productive than every other thing that is posted at the org. I mean, is the original post/topic productive? You are going to respond to the original post in a variation one of a few ways: "Yay Alison Goldfrapp. Prince has lost it, I agree." Or, "Boo Alison Goldfrapp. I disagree." Or, "Allison who?" The original post isn't a question, it is open for any kind of commentary...snarky or not. The bottom line is that this post isn't about Goldfrapp at all, it's a subtle taking of stock is the dividing line of Prince fandom...and you know that. [Edited 3/23/10 9:43am]  | |
