OK - people got the T shirt. The Lotusflow3r album download and bonus tracks are there. Having the entire Sacrafice of Victor video downloaded is worth something to me. I paid over $100 for the japanese laserdisc about 15 years ago. If I had to buy all of that content - and I would if it were commercially available - it would have cost me way more than $77.

I find the people who want to "keep their money" actually don't have a grip on the value of the material or much money to spend on a luxury items like Prince music in the first place. If $77 is enough to scream about, you can't afford it.

So that is one intelligent way to to look at it.

Bought Lotusflow3r and few weeks ago. Considered buying 21 Nights from Books A Million last weekend, but didn't want to pay $50 for it. May buy it from Barnes and Noble online for $33.

I already have some of it in various non digital formats that did not have the quality of thoes clips in the revolving sphere so I was glad to get them as new downloads.

What have u done for Prince lately?

I'm quite happy with what I got (my copies of Sacrifice of Victor and The Undertaker VHS tapes were stolen when my house was burgled, so it was nice to get those back)

Completely agree. Its funny that the people that scream loudest about this apparent fiasco are the ones who also say they didn't partake! So, STFU - what's it got to do with you anyway?

i'm afraid, yes you can 'get' them but they are not there to download, anybody that has watches them has them, oops i've said to much.

So yes, actually, I DO have a right to say what I think about his new rip off venture. If you think you got value for money, good for you, those purple blinkers really suit you.

As someone who has been ripped off/let down time and time again by Prince and his online ventures... and as a result didn't fall for his latest one, I am just as entitled to an opinion as those who would blindly box up their own grandmothers and ship them off to Paisley if the message came through on their neon telephones.

Perhaps my comments were harsher than they should have been, this was prompted by the 'STFU' comment. You know why I've become disgruntled with Prince's previous ventures and I now know you're happy with your first experience.
