It would seem that many people still have not received their t-shirts or are having other issues with the Lotusflow3r website.

Without making any promises, we are starting this thread to try and get you some assistance.

We are going to hide all the current complaint threads and direct the discussion here. Please only post if you have a genuine issue with Lotusflow3r support. Any posts other than issues with the site will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be dealt with accordingly.

Please include your Lotusflow3r username BUT DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR PASSWORD! No one from the org will ask you for your password. If someone does, do not give it out. That person is not affiliated with this site in any official capacity.

For t-shirt issues, we are including new signups up to Oct 15th 2009 as the t-shirt was still promised to new signups on the European LF CD release. [NEW INFO: The lotusflow3r vinyl, just released, STILL promises the t-shirt so the Oct. 15th date is moot]

We will pass this info on to Lotusflow3r support in hopes of getting you some answers.

Same story as everyone else so far. I joined on day one, still haven't received the t-shirt. I have emailed them regularly and only received 2 replies, saying that they would chase up the delivery company and let me know. I have heard nothing further from them since. How hard can it be to reply to some emails?
Technically, this whole situation could be taken to the courts as it breaks fair trading rules but that might be excessive considering its just a t-shirt.
Thank you admins of prince.org for trying to help us all out, it is very much appreciated.

Haven't yet received my T-Shirt. have had a response from an email I sent, but still no shirt....

I wasn't expecting much from Lotusflow3r....turns out it is even less than what I was expecting....after all the hype of unreleased videos and albums/songs I thought we'd at least get 2 or more albums - comparable to NPGMC v2....but all we have is some 'streaming' videos - most of which have been previously available, a handful of songs and 3 albums which were on sale not less than a week after I joined, albeit with 1 different song...disappointed?sure, angry? not really now - I've come to expect Prince to actually behave worse than the corporations he fought....surprised? -a little (mainly about how little we have received)...will I join Prince's next venture/club? -doubtful....no wonder his fans prefer the bootlegs

No T-shirt. I accidentally skipped the T-shirt question when signing up. Apparently LF noticed this and I got an email saying that I would receive the defaultsize, unless I let them know otherwise.
I think I emailed them once to say my T-shirt had not arrived.

Never received a T-shirt. And in my opinion they never gave all the promises they made when lotusflow3r was promoted.
(And this is just personal: I'm not waiting for promotion for a Michael Moore pamphlet on a Prince website that is hardly updated with Prince news.)

i signed up as soon at lotusflower opened, and i gave my size for the tshirt.
Lotus flower support emiled me after i complained in july saying that they are checking with the shipping company and that a new tshirt would be sent to me and they will give me details. Still no reply.

I know my sister with username SunMoonStars got the same problem.

I sent numerous emails to Lotusflow3r support. The only response I ever received was back in July :

They stopped replying.
They don't tell me who owns the website/company so I can use the BBB.
The content on the site is not very regularly updated.
The site is not used every time there's tickets to be sold.
