If I said I had no intention of being at any more P shows, you guys wouldn't believe it anyway. Peep this: I do not hate Prince. I know some people like to shoot sunshine up the guy's ass 24 hours a day and think he can do no wrong. I, on the other hand, can think for myself and have no problem speaking my mind, popular opinion or not. Some people view this as negativity, so be it. They in turn say the nastiest shit to people, but that apparently is okay in Prince Fam World. I do not feel the need to justify myself to anyone here. I can be critical of Prince songs and Prince business practices and still dig the majority of what he's done over the last 30 years. The current setlists have included songs I've always wanted to hear live but never did. If that makes me a hypocrite then so be it. It beats the hell out of singing praises for the guy and then buying or downloading boots and using his images without his permission and still claiming to have his best interests at heart when it's widely known how he feels about that shit. | |

You obviously read a lot of the negative stuff on here and how no one is feeling any of the new music. Then the same people mortgage their homes to fly to Switerland to go to not one but both of the shows. Next day they're back on here bitching about how he repeated songs in both sets. Next time you do want to go to a show and get crap seats remember that these are the fools down front cumming in their assless pants and screaming like 13 years old girls at a Jonas Brothers concert. Not referring to you directly but to the squadron of "I don't like it" fans(?) that post on here everyday on almost every thread.
