I'm on a major road trip from Houston and hit Minneapolis for my first visit on Saturday... first stop First Avenue (goosebumps). Obviously if you live in the aarea First Ave is no big deal but 25 years after seeing PR for the first time I was 'moved'!
Quite exciting to know Prince was (supposedly) somewhere in the centre of town. Paisley Park was dead the following morning as I stalked around it. But that was early Sunday. Minneapolis is a really cool place. Although the Compleat Wks of Shaxper in Brits pub was fairly pants. Great pub though. | |
