I pretty sure this amount doesn't reflect any fan-club members who joined up and got the download version. Shows how savvy the man has gotten when it comes to selling his albums without a mainstream record company.

I just went to Hits Daily and saw the final numbers were in!!!
This is excellent news indeed! Congrats to P! This is just more fuel for the fire that record labels are one step closer to their end which is way overdue!!!! The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

The time limit on an album doesn't count. Well this is great, Congrats to Prince for once again beating the system.
Just goes to show what can be done One retailer, minimum airplay, very fairly priced cd etc etc At this stage of the game I don't really care very much for charts and I wouldnt necessarily go looking there for my music but I'm happy about this, its like a slap in the face to many out there ripping people of. As oppose to Keith Urban's CD which also came out In america ahead of it's UK release? Ok so it's uk release was yesterday and Prince's is now alledgedly next week but that happens all the time.
