Prince's B-Sides are among the most rewarding aspects of his output - along with all those brilliant 12" extended versions. The Hits B-sides compilation was brilliant, and just proved the breadth and diversity of his weird and wonderful work.

Anyway i find it hard to choose.

Erotic City is definitely the most played, but She's Always in My Hair, How COme U Dont Call Me Anymore, Irresistible Bitch, 17 Days, Scarlet Pussy, I Love U In Me, all rank highly. The audacity of the man to put such quality amazing songs on his b-sides is one of the things i love about him.

I love the vocals and keys on "I Love U In Me", "17 Days" is almost perfect funk/pop, "Shockadelica" is classic fierce funky Prince, "Alexa De Paris" has that lovely guitar motif with a real dreamlike filmic quality (probably cos of the associated scene in UTCM). Impossible to pick just one...
