Apparently it's always dark before The Dawn..Enough of being kept in the dark and fed bullshit...were all getting a bit tired of it all now!
...all we wanted was a new album, a funky web site and were happy!!! But no!...what we got was (some) disappointing music on a web site which is quite frankly a waste of time. Looking forward to next week when we get a clickable crayon so we can do some colouring in...  [Edited 2/17/09 7:45am] | |

I'm sorry, but humour and /or publicity R just not good enough reasons 4 this "announcement" from Dr F.
It's not funny in the slightest, and Prince has a much better sense of humour than that... UNLESS it's payback time 4 Prince in a sinister way... everyone scrambles online 2 find the leaked song, but the internet is just a Black Hole, remember? If it were 4 publicity, it would've been just as effective 2 simply report that Prince was working on a new video 4 the new song, "$". The whole thing is ridiculous, even with an open mind, and no expectations. Folks R naturally upset over this. WHY? Because, if you've been a Prince fan 4 a long time, U were used 2 Prince doing things his own way, which was unique, bold, unorthodox, and at times puzzling. These Prince fans grew up with this, and now, they R getting... "Prince attends this, Prince attends that", "Prince was spotted having a Martini", "Prince is upset because he thinks his new song was leaked"... ...and 2 top it off, they're getting it from a damn gossip site, which would've been unfathomable before. Believe me... I just care about the music... the songs... the new material... but even I have become less interested in checking the ORG or Lotusflow3r lately. What's there to be upset about? That people have to wait a week or so to hear some synthetic pop smear? We all know the fate of the song and video already: it'll be collecting dust next to Black Sweat before Easter. I simply find it funny that Prince thinks the public is as gullible as he is, willing to believe any moronic story he puts out. Even his most faithful lapdogs must at this point be aware that Dr. Fakenberry is nothing but a mouthpiece for Prince. Here's a tip for Prince: If you want to cause buzz over a song, get on the radio or television, ideally both, and play it live.
