My cellphone is the only phone I have (I don't have a land line). And I don't wear my cellphone, so when I'm at home it's often in another room. I have different ringtones for different people - so I know when to dash for the phone and when to let it go to voicemail.

That said, I don't know why what anyone else has on their phone should matter to you. Seems a rather stupid criterion on which to pass judgment.
