 She may sound somewhat like Chante Moore and Aaliyah, maybe. But her voice does NOT sound like Sade's....at all. (Well, at least not to me, and I've been listening to Sade since birth, LOL). In all honesty, the vocals of this track really reminds me of songs he wrote for Mayte and Appolonia, meaning that Bria's singing voice sounds like it was brought about initially by Prince due to his own personal motivation, rather than being a natural or trained skill she had before meeting him. Although I may be wrong, that's what she sounds like to me, which is just not the kind of voice I like listening to. I do like the music though. I stated in another thread about this song that I'd love to hear an instrumental version (or, as usual, a version with Prince singing the song himself). I just stated my objective opinion about the music and her vocal skill, without bias. That does not require your frivolous mis-analysis of my psyche. LOL. But, since we're going to play this game, here is some advice for U: Go actually listen to Sade's music and correct your mistake of comparing her fantastically distinctive voice to Bria's.
