This question was frequently asked when the album emerged resulting in its inclusion in the FAQ:

http://prince.org/msg/7/145050

Although not detailed in the FAQ, there has subsequently been speculation that it is a numerical representation of the tetragrammaton:

Proverbs 31:21
She is not afraid of the snow for her household; for all her household are clothed with scarlet.

WTF? Oh that'll help keep the chills away. Would you like me to light the fire and get you a nice warm throw and a mug of cocoa, dear? No thanks honey I'll just wrap up in this scarlet negligee. Nuclear winter, pfft!

It's the name of a song in which he asks us if we want to go to his house for some fun but never sends us an invite or an address and time. It sounds like the Golden Ticket but the fact is that Charlie is cheated and has to live his remaining days in a shack. Albeit a shack filled with love yet little physical warmth or nutrition.

Genesis 12:13 dove

Please say you are my sister, in order that it may go well with me on your account, and my soul will be certain to live due to you

Say, I pray thee, thou art my {m} sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.

By this we learn not to use unlawful means nor to put others in danger to save ourselves, Ge 12:20.

Though it may appear that Abram did not fear death, so much as dying without children, he acts as though God's promise had not taken place; in which appeared a weak faith.

12:13 Say thou art my sister - The grace Abram was most eminent for was faith, and yet he thus fell through unbelief and distrust of the divine Providence, even after God had appeared to him twice. Alas, What will become of the willows, when the cedars are thus shaken

12:10-20 There is no state on earth free from trials, nor any character free from blemishes. There was famine in Canaan, the glory of all lands, and unbelief, with the evils it ever brings, in Abram the father of the faithful. Perfect happiness and perfect purity dwell only in heaven. Abram, when he must for a time quit Canaan, goes to Egypt, that he might not seem to look back, and meaning to tarry there no longer than needful. There Abram dissembled his relation to Sarai, equivocated, and taught his wife and his attendants to do so too.

He concealed a truth, so as in effect to deny it, and exposed thereby both his wife and the Egyptians to sin.

The grace Abram was most noted for, was faith; yet he thus fell through unbelief and distrust of the Divine providence, even after God had appeared to him twice.

Alas, what will become of weak faith, when strong faith is thus shaken! If God did not deliver us, many a time, out of straits and distresses which we bring ourselves into, by our own sin and folly, we should be ruined. He deals not with us according to our deserts. Those are happy chastisements that hinder us in a sinful way, and bring us to our duty, particularly to the duty of restoring what we have wrongfully taken or kept.

Pharaoh's reproof of Abram was very just: What is this that thou hast done?

How unbecoming a wise and good man! If those who profess religion, do that which is unfair and deceptive, especially if they say that which borders upon a lie, they must expect to hear of it; and they have reason to thank those who will tell them of it.

The sending away was kind. Pharaoh was so far from any design to kill Abram, as he feared, that he took particular care of him.

We often perplex ourselves with fears which are altogether groundless. Many a time we fear where no fear is.

Pharaoh charged his men not to hurt Abram in any thing.

It is not enough for those in authority, that they do not hurt themselves; they must keep their servants and those about them from doing hurt.

In the year 3121 all 7 planets will die and we'll be united with GOD again.

All 7 and well watch them fall
They stand in the way of love
And we will smoke them all
With an intellect and a savoir-faire
No one in the whole universe
Will ever compare
I am yours now and u are mine
And together well love through
All space and time, so dont cry
One day all 7 will die
All 7 and well watch them fall
They stand in the way of love
And we will smoke them all
With an intellect and a savoir-faire
No one in the whole universe
Will ever compare
I am yours now and u are mine
And together well love through
All space and time, so dont cry
One day all 7 will die
And I saw an angel come down unto me
In her hand she holds the very key
Words of compassion, words of peace
And in the distance an armys marching feet (1,2,3,4 - 1,2,3,4)
But behold, we will watch them fall

And we lay down on the sand of the sea
And before us animosity will stand and decree
That we speak not of love only blasphemy
And in the distance, 6 others will curse me
But thats alright, (thats alright)
4 I will watch them fall(1,2,3,4,5,6,7)

All 7 and well watch them fall
They stand in the way of love
And we will smoke them all
With an intellect and a savoir-faire
No one in the whole universe
Will ever compare
I am yours now and u are mine
And together well love through
All space and time, so dont cry
One day all 7 will die
[(just how old)]

And we will see a plague and a river of blood
And every evil soul will surely die in spite of
Their 7 tears, but do not fear
4 in the distance, 12 souls from now
U and me will still be here - we will still be here

There will be a new city with streets of gold
The young so educated they never grow old
And a, there will be no death 4 with every breath
The voice of many colors sings a song
Thats so bold
Sing it while we watch them fall

All 7 and well watch them fall
They stand in the way of love
And we will smoke them all
With an intellect and a savoir-faire
No one in the whole universe
Will ever compare
I am yours now and u are mine
And together well love through
All space and time, so dont cry
One day all 7 will die

[(just how old)]
[(just how old)]
[(just how old)]
