Just two years till this decade is over, Nothing great from my main man prince, no one will nominate any of this decades albums as the best of the 2000’s but at least there is nothing as horrendous as how he almost created career suicide in the 90's (* and with a back catalog as great as Prince has, it seemed it would be impossible, but he almost made himself a musical laughing stock.)
At least he seems fit and strong, and now as the next decade ushers in, at least we have a seemingly older sober Prince. .....Tho "Lolita" and "Love" are 90's bad....at least he "seems" better this decade [Edited 8/7/08 10:56am] | |

Tick, Tick Bang is a terrible song. I love Prince, but the bestr thing he could have done to improve that song is not record it. I've never listen to it all the way through except when I saw the movie in theaters and even then I almost went to the restroom instead. | |

Ok, I narrowed it down to my all time WORST 4 tracks by Prince EVER (In my opinion, anyways).
#1 Cybersingle I can actually listen to it, just to marvel at how bad it is. The lyrics are just embarrassingly bad. I would never want to be caught listening to this song. #2 Sex (B-side to Partyman) Aggrivatingly bad. I hate the lyrics, I hate the music, and I hate the "camille"-ness of his voice. (though I like it on some songs). I cannot listen to this track ever. It is nails on a chalkboard to me. #3 Silly Game Just a simple song, I can't pinpoint why I hate it so much, I just do. I could tolerate it I guess, but I would definitely make an effort to skip this one. #4 Jughead. It's just stupid. Tony M.'s rap bothers me on this one. The music is sub-par, the whole concept of new dance song is kinda lame. The only thing I partly enjoy is Prince's brief little rap part. | |
