25th Anniversary of Purple Rain Folks, the 25th Anniversary of Purple Rain is "just around the corner".
I got this crazy idea in my head that we could all throw a massive Prince party, getting BGZ and others musically inclined to play, and having everybody just turn out en masse in Minneapolis, L.A., New York, wherever. Crazy idea? Maybe... But imagine if all the fans got together, and maybe some of the Prince associated people got wind of it and wanted to participate... How cool could this be? Maybe there are already plans to do this at Paisley Park (hint, hint), but it would be great to see what we could do. I mean...twenty-five years, people! We gotta celebrate!
