There are too many for me to even attempt to find just one that I find the most meaningful. One Song, 7, Thunder (keeping in mind that Love is often synonymous with God in many of Prince's songs), Thieves in the Temple, Anna Stesia, and I could go on. Each have so many deep and wonderful meanings that speak on so many different levels and elicit so many different emotional responses. It's hard to just pick one. | |

Do Me, Baby - Because it's straight to the point...no beating around the bush when it's obvious what's about to go down.
I Would Die 4 U - My favorite from PR. Why? Because "All I really need to know is that you believe that  Would Die 4 U", enough said.
Adore - Because "Love's Too Weak 2 Define just what you mean 2 me", one of the best lyrics ever written IMO, and shows that actions truly do speak louder than words. Elephants & Flowers - I interpret it as meaning that you have to love a Being who can make something as big and strong as an elephant but also maked something as tiny and delicate as a flower. All God's creations are equally amazing no matter how different they may be, so "Love God Alot". Diamonds & Pearls - Why? "If I could I would give U the world...all I can do is just offer you my love." After everything is all said and done, not even diamonds and pearls are more precious than real love. Letitgo - Sometimes you just gotta Letitgo...just lay back, enjoy the beautiful things that life has to offer, and just chill.

One of Us (even though it's not originally his song) - Always loved the basis of this song. What IF God was one of us? Always love and respect one another. Friend, Lover, Sister, Mother, Wife - Just an amazing song that makes me see why many people choose to get married...I'm not one of those people, but if a man feels this way about the woman he's about to marry, than that's a beautiful thing IMO. Nothing Compares 2 U - The title is meaningful by itself and Prince went and put some amazing lyrics with it. Love - Because real love should never have time constraints or boundaries. Beautiful, Loved, and Blessed - Just a very uplifting song that makes me feel loved by someone that's greater than anything or anyone on this earth. Lets Go Crazy - I went through a tough time and used to put this on my ipod walking down the street and think stuff it, I can deal with it, its tough but I've got my friends to go crazy with 
Holy River - Its beautiful and the lines 'people say they love you when they wanna help but how can they when you can't help yourself, the more they say the love you the more you just wanna die' so touching if I'm feeling low it never fails to make me a bit teary. I Would Die 4 U - the first few lines sum up why I love it. Musicology - Its the music that counts, the emphasis on how important music is wins me over to this funky tune. Plus I always dance to it whatever mood I'm in, can't help it! 7 - Just a powerful and beautiful song. When Doves Cry - can relate to lyrics about your parents etc...
