When I was last at home, I managed to find what survived of my Prince memorabilia. I am now in the process of scanning it, and will post some of it here, I will start off with this one,taken from Newsweek in 1981, I was fortunate that a neighbours brother used collect it and we swiped this particular copy

Cork 1990, first Prince concert in Ireland, originally there were to be 2 concerts, but due to Irelands success in the World Cup at the time, interest for the second concert was minimal, so both concerts were rolled into one.

When Lovesexy was about to be released I had asked my grandmother who was in Dublin to get it for me, as then I would have it on the day of release rather than waiting for my local store to get it. However, on the Sunday, a neighbour put this in my letter box, ans naturally that scuppered the plan, and I had to frantically persaude her not to get it for me
