When I went to one of the concerts at the o2 in September there was a guy sitting a few rows infront with a massive tat of the symbol starting at his shoulder going down his arm. Liked the look of it and thought what a good idea. The following week I got one myself. Mine is the same size as the symbol on the back of the Emancipation album, on the inside of my wrist, in purple ink. Pointing down my arm towards my elbow so that I look at it the right way up. Its upside down to other people when i'm walking hands at my side but its easy enough to lift my arm if they wanna see. The other reason for that was so that it points towards my heart! I'm now reminded 24/7 of how much I love him. 2 the 9's!

i trawled through all of his lyrics and thought that those were the best standalone words.

plus, they're from track one album one, and i just thought that had a nice feel to it

Well I must be extreme cos i've four prince tattoos. If I ever fathom out how to post photos then I may post them. I had a few admirers at the o2 (21st Sept) as three of the four were visible. As for the fourth only my hubby gets to see.

Just have Prince in script on my ankle. Like his autograph which I have. Nice delicate place. No symbols for me. I'm old school. Had it for 26 years now. Still looks good.

Exactly. I thought you were really anti tattoo. As far as what it will ook like with your wedding dress, thats what accessories are for! Cover it with lots of bling! My boyfriend isn't a fan though he appreciates he's very talented but he loves my tat and said it looks really cool.
