At one of the ONA shows, When Prince started playing 'I Want To Be Your Lover', the lady across from me screamed through the entire song. But, I didn't say shutup, but I was thinking, Why don't she shut up

yes, to this man that was on the phone for like 20 minutes.
he said "hang on" 2 the person he was talking to, looked at me and said as soon as he was done he was gonna shove his mobile up my ass. i told him not 2 4get to put the "vibrate" on. and that was it. [Edited 8/24/07 5:27am]

THAT is what'll get you the gumwad'n'loogie makeover.

At the 7-7-07 concert, two guys were standing infront of my husband and I texting on their phones, not paying attention to the concert at all! We are both short, and couldn't see a thing. If they were enjoying the concert, I would have minded less, but why would you be on your phone at a Prince concert? My husband told them to sit down cause it was my favorite song, I don't even remember what was playing, but they are all my favorites! The two looked at me and sat down

5 years ago Prince was playing in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and one of these so-called local female celebreties in NL just kept talking on her mobile phone. During the first break we all sang to her - and the phone was switched off.
As for queuing - I am rather tall for a woman and also wear high heels most of time. But do not fear in the O2 - I'm not in front of the stage, like I've done with so many other Prince-concerts ) I love Prince and chocolate - in that order

What songs would you like to hear? pretty much anything from 1996 -2006 (don't care if i hear any live versions of songs from PE) and no hits ..if it's going 2 b on i would prefer it's songs that he hasn't done at all or done 4 a specific tour and hasn't done since. i'm so tired of hearing him do the hits man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

This kid at a The Time show kept doing the Morris Day laugh REALLY loud and the big quarterback looking guy in front of him turned around and said "Man, stop doing that shit in my ear!" So then the kid did the Morris laugh AT HIM!

Not really but I have story. While I was at a Prince concert this lady siting right in front of me decided to get up and dance to a slow song, while everyone else in our section or prabably the arena was siting. I said quitely to myself "I wish this bitch would sit the fuck down." Cuz I couldn't see. I mean she was right in front of me just dancing by herself to a slow song. Well obvouisly the people behind me couldn't see either so one of them said to the lady's husband who was siting "Excuse me, can you tell your wife to sit down." In a slighly agressive tone. And her husband pulled on her arm and she ploped into her seat. Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

Yes, twice!
I went to see The Beach Boys in Cardiff International Arena one year and this guy behind me had a really gruff voice - kind of like Jim from Vicar of Dibley and he was yapping all throughout the show to his mate. However, he then started making these rather weird, deranged animal sounds and after 5 minutes, I could take no more and had a Linda Blair moment. I turned around and said "would you mind doing us a favour and SHUTTING the hell up - I came here to see and hear a concert, NOT see the band but hear stupid barnyard sounds all night." The look on his face was priceless - somebody had actually gone off to get a steward and about 2 mins later, he was removed... sadly not by the guys in white coats. The second time a rather rude and obnoxious guy who had stood on my foot at Madonna's Confessions show in The Millennium Stadium last year was going around everyone asking if they had "any gear" - presumably he was after some E's or whatever and not sound equipment. He had also been getting on my nerves because he was arguing with his boyfriend about something and generally just being obnoxious. I told him very politely to shut up as well - stupid cretin.
