Get Blue Does anyone have any info on this outtake? When it was recorded? Was it left off an album? Recorded for another artist in mind? Thanks!

Get Blue Using the same instrumentation from the "Open Book" outtake, this ballad was given to Louie Louie for their 1993 Let's Get Started album. In the song, Prince pleads to his lover to not hesitate and listen to others in regards to their relationship. Co-written by Levi Seacer Jr, it was recorded originally in late 1990 according to Uptown's, The Vault. . [Edited 6/10/07 2:06am] ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.

I love how moody and almost jazzy it is!

Love it too. And I love Open Book as well. I think his vocal deliverance (on The One and) on Open Book is one of his best.

I LOVE Prince's version. I cannot stand Louie Louie's version. He can't sing at all. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

I don't even know who that is, and don't care to find out. perfection is a fallacy of the imagination...
