I'm very excited about this news. It's great to see Prince working with Wendy and Lisa again, even if it is one song which remains to be seen. I'm really, really happy to have a new Prince album on the way, but I'm gonna keep my expectations very low. New Prince albums just plain haven't been very good, so I'll maintain reserved optimism for now. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

I don't know about that. 3121 was a solid release that I still listen to this very day. Musicology was strong as well. There were only 1 or 2 bad songs on both of those albums, combined. I was also not disappointed with the Rainbow Children or the live disc. I'd say Prince's albums have been quite good for several years now. Plus, Guitar is a great single. If you constantly compare things to Purple Rain or SOTT, you'll never be satisfied. His recent releases are like ATWIAD, Parade, Lovesexy, D&P, Dirty Mind, etc... all solid.
