I had another Prince dream last night. Damn, what is it with me lately? I dreamt that I was watching an award show, and Prince had won an award for something (not sure what). Flava Flav came out and announced Prince as the winner. Prince came out onstage to accept the award. Now what is funny is that Prince had his acceptance speech written out on a piece of paper, and he was reading from it. He was pointing to each word on the paper as he was saying it, kind of like how little kids do when they're first learning to read. Which is funny, because Prince NEVER writes his acceptance speeches down on paper, he does a pretty good job of just saying what comes to his mind. Wonder what this dream means?

I've got no idea...

and he wrote down his acceptence speech for the NAACP award this year... he had his notebook, which really isnt the same as bringing a crumbled piece of looseleaf.

Hopefully after today (with finals over), I'll start to dream about him again... but I'm just hoping for more details, haha

does anyone know if he had an acceptence speech for his Oscar for "Best Original Song" or they just acknowledged him cuz he didn't show up?

I had a dream about him Saturday. It was a sex dream - I never had a prince sex dream before. T had dreams where the innuendo was there but no the act.
It was very real and iI was pissed when I woke up and realized I was dreaming.

well,Im glad I finally had a Prince dream last night.It seemed like it was good but either it skippd a part or either I just 4got it but it seemd that Prince had come 2 my house once b4 because I looked out my window and I saw this cute little red car...I think it was a saturn but it was supposed 2 be a corvette ...weird rite.Anyway,I ran downstairs and looked 4 him thru my windows.He wasnt in his car and he was doubleparked.Whatever happened the last time he came over mustve been fun b/c I was excited but I looked in the mirror and I looked a mess so I tried 2 act like I wasnt home b/c I looked a mess and my house looked a mess but something happened.I think I was just gonna let him in anyway cuz we were "cool like that" but my friend ended up barging in...she had the same car Prince had so I thought it was him It got weirder from there but Prince wasnt in it anymore.But nothin beats the time I slow danced with him in a dream...pure heaven...

Well I don't think I've ever dreamed of Prince at an awards show! LOL.

I dunno. "Dream" Prince is an unpredictable character. Seeminly even more elusive than Prince himself is.

I'm convinced he shows up whenever he feels like it. But the first time he appeared to me was special. He came to give me a message.

And since then, I've looked for his heart within the music. And I enjoy it that much more for it.

I also believe he appears for a reason.
He's been pretty elusive in my dreams cuz when he does show up, he never sticks around for long... and/or my memory isn't as good.

He's a strange character...

I had the dream after watching 'Labarinth' remember that film? it starred David Bowie and Jennifer Connolly.
There's a scene where she eats a poisoned peach and has a dream she is slow dancing with Bowie in a beautiful white dress and everone is dressed in masquarade (cant spell!) costumes.
Well, that stuck in my head, I was only a kid and I had a major crush on him
