We will never know for sure, but I do hope he has kids some day. Although, having children is not the be all and end all, but it would be cool to see him with his own children. Maybe one day he will settle down and find true love and that might inspire him to try again.

I would imagine a great deal depends on whether he carries one of the gene mutations that cause Pfeiffer syndrome. And I doubt he cares to share that.
