I am more of a rock fan of Prince's, so I was really looking forward to just the guitar, piano and drums. I don't like the horns and trumpets and those things. It kind of annoys me. I just want to see a good rock show without one horn being tutted. | |

I totally agree! I'm so sick of the horns...i am not sick of them, i played a brass instrument in jr/sr high myself so i like horns... HOWEVER i can see where you guys are coming from. sometimes he does rely a bit too heavily on them. | |

the halftime show was so damn AWESOME. i loved it. They had a bunch of fans run on teh field and the band was awesome... he sang like 4 or 5 songs the Twinz looked like they almost had a concussion b/c of all the swingin around they did with their head. it was a really great halftime show...the only bad part was that it was raining and the stage was wet i think some of the lights around the stage stopped working or somethin... but w/e. I was BLOWN away...Having been a fan of Prince since my first show is 1981, I was expecting nothing less that AMAZING, but was not expecting to lose my s*%t. the show was so awesome! the critics are loving it, too! the New York Times called it one of the best halftime shows ever and that Prince's performance brought credibility back to the halftime show. the show was awesome....
