He's just a shitty music writer for the Star Trib. Have you been to Paisley Park? There is a hall full of his various awards, civic awards, MTV awards, Grammys, Gold and Platinum records etc. Several of these have his full name on them, and guess what? They say Prince ROGERS Nelson. I think that he would have had these awards changed if they were spelled wrong as it is very inexpensive to do so. I would have. And CJ is Cheryl Johnson who works for the same rag as I have already stated. Boy, you look pretty stupid. In the very same John Bream book you are talking about, there is a picture of Prince's birth certificate it says: Prince ROGER Nelson. With the caption underneath it the says: "He really was born a Prince." I guess you're going to say the picure is a fake now right?

In my book Prince, A Documentary by Per Nilsen, his name is stated as being PRINCE ROGER NELSON.
Its only after the arguments of his name that I looked it up. I really thought it was Rogers myself until then. | |
