has any of u guys seen this episode of the muppets show which features the purple one himself, my friend saw this the other day and said it was pretty funny they did a few songs and changed the words 2 go wid the muppets or sumthin

Yeah, I saw it a few times, but it was a long time ago. They changed a few songs because they were sitting in a restaurant, so raspberry beret became raspberry sorbet and then the other song was starfish and coffee. It was a good episode with a few jokes about his name and his clothes.

It was also the debut of 'She Gave Her Angels'.

does ny1 happen 2 have this or nything? i wanna c this funny shit!

I think they abridged Starfish + Coffee

it's darn good. i especially appreciate when he "goes country."

I loved this Prince appearance.

The part that absolutely killed me was when all of the muppets were wearing different types of Prince clothes. I think it was the Bear (not Fozzy) that had the assless pants and ratso tried to block his ass by standing in front of him with his arms spread out. I DIED!!!!!

BIG Muppet fan and PRINCE fan. It was fantastic to see the him on "Muppets Tonight".

Apparently, there is talk that the Walt Disney Co. might be releasing the Muppets Tonight on DVD like they did the 1st season of the Muppet Show.
If they do that then I hope they include all the xtras and behind the scenes goodies.

Who slept on the "Starfish and Coffee" footage? That would have been the PERFECTvideo for that song! Better late than never.

I love this,it really shows what a great sense of humour he has and blows away the petulant,head up his ass reputation that some people seem to think he has. I have this episode on a bootled dvd and its great.
