Also, the song Dirty World on the Travelling Wilburys album was Bobs joking attempt to sing like Prince... "love your sexy body" etc etc.

There is a definite possibility that Mavis and Bob had a thing goin on in the good old days. Mavis speaks very highly of Bob. I'm pretty sure they were lovers at some point.

I was surprised to see her in the "No Direction Home" doc... Bob's always had a thing for "voluptuous" black ladies hasn't he? nod

actually bob dylan was one of the lucky people who witnessed prince live on the dirty mind show.
after show was over bob dylan managment asked prince to meet dylan ,
aparrently prince refused to meet rock folk legend bob dylan.

I heard about that. Prince was humble to no one back then.

Prince probably had a panic attack and bottled it more likely.

Watching the PBS documentary a couple weeks back got me interested in Bob Dylan and I bought "Highway 61 Revisited" and "Blonde on Blonde."

Both men are:

From Minnesota
Cryptic
Embrace "radical" spirituality
Diminutive
Way out there
Makers of really bad self-indulgent films
Singer-songrwriters
Typically press-shy
Do their own thing

What else?

Both are jewish... nod

Yeah, everyones heard the original version of My Little Pill, which was called My Little Putz. Or how about I Would Die 4 Chicken Soup.
