I dont care either way... I am talkin about bing paid 4 the Rainbow children doc ... not the interview (lol-- u think im talking about bing paid 4 answering the question of his DVD or that I care if he talks about Prince on his DVD - No)... I dont think prince would of paid Kev for the Rainbow Child doc until Kev signed ... Prince didnt no that Kev DIdnt sign the non-disclosure , he Did give it 2 Kev 2 sign tho tho. What I figured.... Paisley Park IS Prince's crib (or at least one of) ... nd I would have to guess that if U are working with Prince on Music or Video u would need a non-disclosure (i dont know , but something tells me Prince is that type, by now )... Prince is the type who wants u 2 sign a Non-Disclosure AGREEment (not CONtract) if U Work with him and are getting paid ((heck - if ur on his(Prince's) time/money ... Y should Prince not make sure he gets what he pays 4??? U would want UR dollars worth)) Kevin is the type of person to Get a Non-Disclosure Agreement ....and just... I love Skipper as much as Kevin and want to hear the truth about him. I am not fan that believes he is God or above reproach. I like seeing his complexities, insecurities and quirks. I was simply responding to how that last line read.... "There's another DVD, 'Evening with Kevin Smith 2: Evening Harder' where I talk about him again." That sounds like a selling point to me. No Shame in it, It just is. Unless he was misquoted. I'm not saying he will get rich, but IT IS a selling point, for some skipper fanatics. Come on, it would only be the hardcore 200-300 and anyway, most of those have found a way to download it (I know I did) and therefore have no reason to buy it. You think the Prince fans that bought the DVD to see that piece really made a difference to the numbers ? Oh and by the way - do the figures on Kevin Smith's movies - I think you'll be a little suprised at how much money the man makes. Concerts pay a one off amount whereas as movies pay a perpetual income. And I can bet you that the millions he earns he doesn't spunk up the wall on videos that never get released and unnecessary lawsuit costs. | |
