There's a store in LA on Melrose that sells Vintage tees, well actually there are LOADS that sell vintage tees, but this one has a caged area in the middle that has all the SUPER RARE collectible tee shirts.

If you go in there, look under Prince, you will find a Prince tee shirt museum of goodies. They range between $75 to $100 a pop but then remember they are in wearable conidition and they are 20 years old.

A little gem that store, and on a Saturday, its a great afternoon out shopping.

there's always good ol' eBay, which always seems to have a few old concert t-shirts for auction/sale - you can also try gemm.com, which sometimes sells rock paraphernalia (though it's mostly just rare/import music).

No they don't. You have to go there. Like in the old days, sometimes your legs have to do the walking rather than your fingers on the keyboard.

Thanks Funkylust. I wasn't expecting to find a store close to where I live (I'm about a half hour from LA.). I'll check it out next time I'm out record shopping.
But $75-100? I don't think I could justify spending that much on a shirt I was going to wear razz But I'd like to see these shirts.

Dood, reality check, these are original vintage tee shirts from Purple Rain era. These are almost impossible to find these days in this condition and let alone to find several there together in one store. $75 to $100 is very reasonable for these shirts and in fact they are even rare on eBay in this condition.

Tsk, Tsk, reality check, my butt! They are T-SHIRTS for gods sake, probably made by Taiwanese slaves for 2 cents an hour. $75.00 is too much for a t-shirt. I don't care if Jesus fuk'n Christ designed them himself. You'd probably goto hell, for buying a $75.00 t-shirt, as far The LORD is concerned. Scheesh.
