I'm 36 and dated a 25 year old last year...There's a difference. And unless you know her, you are assuming she is mature. Just as I am assuming she isn't (nor is she accomplished in her career)..why? Cause she's already taken the oppurtunity to promote her ass by jumping on stage with him. All of this leads me to think he is following the same arse tired trends he always does with his girlfriends. Again, because you have a age range limit doesnt mean that everyone else should and although I can understand some arguments, in this case this woman is 28 and already had a career going, and I don't see the problem with her promoting herself in a way that can lead to more opportunities, especially since she's already proven herself and established a career on her own. But to each his own and I respect your opinion though I disagree.

Finally, quite a few accomplished artists have jumped onstage with Prince including Patti Labelle, Chaka Khan, Mavis Staples and more recently, Janelle Monet and Esperanza Spaulding, so your assumptions are way off base.

Alright, i am not mad at Prince for the Misty act. Its a beautiful addition, always, when you add a classically trained ballerina, but i have seen better ballerinas. Not complaining. I see where prince is going with this one and he seems to be helping Misty with her career the same way he did Esperanza and Janelle. But what about the sex appeal to his shows? Am I the only one who misses this? The Twinz dont exude this, and while Misty is sexy because she has great legs, it gets a little boring after a while. These are the times I want Carmen Elektra and Mayte to make a reunion with Prince. Am I dreaming here? He can reunite with his former musicians, why not dancers? Bring sexy back.

Girl, I've been seeing ABT for years, and I had no recollection that home girl was patiently dancing in the Corps of ABT for years before that! Lord, my eyes and memory are getting baaaaaaad. Either that or my head is stuck so far up the collective asses of Philadanco, Ailey, and Dance Theatre of Harlem that I'm sleeping on everybody else

That being said, yes American Ballet Theatre is one of the most important companies in the nation. Internationally speaking, along with New York City Ballet and San Francisco Ballet, the three of them essentially define the American style of ballet. Copeland is basically in the top 3% of ballet company soloists on the entire North American continent. Anyone remotely familiar with the world of classical dance knows that ain't nothing to sneeze at. Go 'head Misty.

Prince, a "black" musician, possibly using his celebrity status to showcase the most talented "black" ballet dancer out there, while inspiring young girls of color, is somehow a negative thing? Good lord...can P do anything right?

She is well above the age of concent, only 24yrs younger, and so in line with Hollywood. Not to mention, she doesn't need Prince to make her career as a ballet dancer more successful.. He's been enamoured by her for a couple years now and perhaps this friendship has grown into something more that is geniune.

Thankfully, Prince doesn't have to ask permission before he starts dating a woman he is attracted to. Predatory? Strong words to describe a man who has only been known to be with ADULT women. I can't think of any woman in the business that could keep up with Princess' energy level. And just possibly, a part of him is still hoping to find a Future Baby Mama, in which a woman over 35 wouldn't be advised. He's just dating who he's attracted to. Plenty of men/women date younger both in Hollywood and the real world. Age is only a number, who wrote the book on what's acceptable? Prince is so youthful looking and is still a little spit fire, the man has to have a woman that can keep up and match his fire..

In my opinion, you're really insulting her by thinking she has no choice in what she's doing, even if it is more than just professional. Judging by what I've learned about her and where she is in her life, it seems she's a strong-willed person, so I don't think he's 'throwing her' anywhere she doesn't want to be.
