i guess that's true. and i'm not very easily offended or turned off. i'm also not ashamed to say that i will still buy his new album if and when he releases it (well, i'll probably download it for free, given the choice -but that's besides the point). but this whole thing is like the worst PR nightmare any artist could have, isn't it? yet somehow, he always walks away unfazed. at least, up until this point. reading peoples comments tho, i think this time he just might have overplayed his hand. not just with this charging of cc's. if that will all be fixed there is still the matter of that lotusflower experience for 77 dollars. even without the drama right now, it would have turned off many folks i'm sure. i can't imagine more than 20% of current members signing up again, before anything tangible was up on the site for a decent price. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |
