Hallelujah! I got one ticket to the 10p Opera House show. I was going to get two, to help out someone here, but once I started getting the Allocation Exhausted message, I reduced it to one to make sure. Sorry!

I'm still dirty that I didn't get the two tickets that I was set up for initially though.

Just as I confirmed, I was offered Melbourne tickets on another browser window, but I can't do both cities.

Keep trying guys, someone might get screwed by the session times as well, then their tickets will get released.

Shane, you are a saint, may your good deeds shine as an example for others. Meanwhile my Australian peeps, sounds like most of you got the tickets which is great. Wonder if that VIP experience is coming to NZ. I mean how many times does Prince come to NZ, worth any price.

I had the same experience. 12PM hits I'm into the Ticketek Mobile site with 2 tickets, put my CC details. Credit card refused contact your bank. Try a different credit card from a different bank, same error.

Tried every possible combination and no luck. I think it's a glitch on Ticketek's system and on the mobile front not being to update my CC details, it must've cached older expired details and was trying to process the tickets with that. Probably burnt a good 10 mins trying to get that to work.

Meanwhile Ticketmaster gave me no love on the option I chose, love how if you choose a particular tier of ticket and that's not available it doesn't just try a different tier it just says not available.

Enjoy to all the lucky ones that actually got tickets.

Still seems to be plenty of single ticket available to the Melbourne shows.

I picked up a single for three shows after buying the two tickets for the last Melbourne shows 10pm 17 Feb Wed.

Ok, panic over...got a ticket for the 10pm show at the opera house...

So then I go in to the 6:30 show and am putting in payment details for another Circle seat...and it times out again!

I'll cost me a fortuen to fly to Sydney and stay over, so I might as well go twice. Wife is gonna kill me anyway...

Use your mobile phones for ticketek, guys. I got into the site with the mobiles, but I don't think it has popped up once with the PC web browser.

If there was a cheaper ticket for the first Opera House concert, I'd take one, but it is only the $400 tickets left, and I can't justify two premium tickets, plus flights, plus accommodation.

Nothing has changed. I've tried numerous times to see an in-demand show at the Opera House and it always cr@ps out and I never get the tickets.

Looks like all tickets firmly gone now, unless someone is in the middle of buying a ticket and drops out.

I give up. Hoping there's more shows announced but given the 'hit n run' nature of this the likelihood of promoters finding another available venue will be slim and none. Rooty Hill RSL maybe? lol
