Hi all - long time lurker and don't think I've posted since trying to sort tickets for o2 gigs!

I might have a spare standing ticket for Glasgow, just waiting for my brother in law to claim it or not....

Will post back when confirmed either way.

I managed to get a seat in block 206, which looks pretty good - a frustrating experience, but ticketsoup.com came good eventually.

Still seems to be the odd seated ticket going though..if you can force yourself to go through their process multiple times..

i'll try and get you all in through the back door if i can. in glasgow you can bribe folk easy with a bottle o buckie and some cans of special brew

No but I heard from the pro UK camp that music will be banned in an independent Scotland, Oil will run out, pound will be removed and no breathing.....etc

It's almost as if both sides are selectively highlighting issues and opinions which fit in with their side of the argument rather than engaging in nuanced debate that recognises that their are positives and negatives to both independance and remaining part of the UK!

The Uk will claim that more tickets are available together that apart, that Prince would choose to only tour mainland Europe on a Yes vote, and that Bankers get free tickets.

The SNP will claim that all of Prince's tickets should be shared with Scotland whether he likes it or not; They want the tickets, but not the debt of buying them, and that all Prince tour business plans must be written on the back of a fag packet with no plan B. (actually, knowing Prince, they probably are).

Yip, plenty on ebay gumtree and the trading sites if you are prepared to pay or take the risk.

Im gonna wait just in case another dates is added for Glasgow, but unlikely as the venue is booked before and after with other acts, apart from towards the end of May.

Yes back to the old fan club priority ticket days would be a solution, with a 2 days window or something to get the tickets. That would give the real fans an opportunity at least.

Also if you take into account people from northern ireland and northern england as well as the whole of scotland it's upwards of 10 million people potentially + touts going for 5000 standing and 8000 seats. never good.

i thought something was not right yesterday when i was in a queue for tickets but i was going backwards ?...like people were jumping the queue...they must be using some kind of software as you said..absolutely sickening
